Vaporesso Vibe Dual Mesh Pods

These are the replacement vape pods for the Vaporesso Vibe kits, two to a pack, and some people know them as cartridges. Each pod holds 2ml and is UK TPD compliant. The coil is built in, so there is no coil to fit and no cotton to prime by hand.

What makes the Vibe Dual Mesh pods unusual is that each one carries two mesh coils rather than one. The kit's mode decides which of the two fires: ECO mode uses the higher resistance for a tighter draw, Power mode uses the lower one for a looser draw. Both packs contain two identical pods.

They are made by Vaporesso for the Vibe series and are the only replacement pod they produce for it. The kits are badged SE 2, often typed as S2 or SE2.

What Is the Difference Between 0.6 and 0.8 Vaporesso Pods?

With the Vibe Dual Mesh pods, the two are not separate products. Both resistances sit inside the same pod, and the kit's mode toggles between them.

The higher resistance gives the cooler, tighter vape and takes less from the battery. The lower one gives more warmth and vapour and empties a charge faster.

Which Resistance Pairing Should I Choose?

Two pairings are made, and the difference is how tight the draw is at both ends.

The 0.6 and 0.8 pairing is what the kits ship with. The 0.7 and 1.0 pairing is the one to move to if the standard pod feels too airy, and it is the better match for 20mg nic salt.

What Pods Fit the Vaporesso Vibe?

Only the Vibe Dual Mesh pods, the single replacement Vaporesso make for the Vibe series, including the Vibe SE 2.

They do not fit anything outside that line. Vaporesso are explicit that the Vibe platform does not take XROS pods, ECO Nano pods or GTX coils, so none of those will work in a Vibe and a Vibe pod will not seat in an XROS.

How Long Does a Vaporesso Vibe Pod Last?

There is no fixed number, because it depends on the mode and the e-liquid more than on the pod.

ECO mode draws less power and is easier on the coil than Power mode, which is why Vaporesso describe it as giving more puffs. Sweetened and dark e-liquids shorten a coil's life by gumming the mesh, while lighter ones are kinder to it. Most people change a pod when the flavour dulls or starts to taste burnt rather than at a set point.

Priming matters at the other end. A pod filled and vaped straight away can scorch the cotton on the first draw and never come back.

How to Fill a Vibe Pod

Filling is from the top, and the pod can stay in the kit. The basic steps to fill a Vibe Dual Mesh pod are:

1. Peel the sticker off a new pod and seat it in the kit.
2. Lift the silicone plug clear of the filling port.
3. Fill to just below the top, leaving a little air.
4. Press the plug firmly back into place.
5. Leave a fresh pod five minutes before the first draw.

Vaporesso ask for five minutes on a new pod, which is the step worth keeping to.
