Editorial policy

WINDBAR News publishes US-focused vapor industry intelligence for adults 21+. We operate as an editorial publisher on news.windbar.ai, separate from product sales on windbar.ai.

Editor summaries

Most articles are editor-written summaries of third-party reporting. We do not republish full wire or paywalled text. Each summary links to the original source (source_url) with clear attribution. Snippets from RSS ingestion are starting points; published copy is reviewed for length (typically ≥80 characters) and neutral framing.

Original analysis

Pieces marked Editorial analysis are authored by WINDBAR editorial staff. They may synthesize public regulatory developments or explain rank-board methodology using disclosed indices — not unverified retail sales claims.

Corrections

Factual errors in summaries or analysis should be reported via windbar.ai contact. We update dateModified when material corrections are made.

Audience & compliance

Content is intended for industry and policy readers, not consumer nicotine promotion. This subdomain does not operate a nicotine checkout. See About and Methodology for ranking transparency.
