Nothing but the nicotine level differs between them. We find 20mg is the usual start for someone who has been on disposables, 10mg suits a lighter habit and 5mg is the lowest step.

How Do You Use Lost Mary Pink Lemonade Nic Salt?

Pour it into the pod of a refillable kit, wait for the coil to soak, then draw gently.

1. Press down on the childproof cap and twist it off.
2. Open the fill port on your pod and fill it to just below the top line.
3. Close the port and leave the coil to soak for about five minutes before the first puff.
4. Vape with a slow mouth-to-lung draw, and refill before the pod is empty.

It suits a pod kit better than a sub-ohm tank; in our experience nic salt feels harsh at high wattage.
