How to Use the Lost Mary Nera 15K

Setting up a Nera 15K takes four steps: open the pod, click its refill container into place, take out the plug and fit the pod to the device.

1. Open the pack and take the pod and refill container out of their packaging.
2. Peel off the film and pull away the separator between the pod and the container base.
3. Press the container base up into the pod until it clicks.
4. Pull the silicone plug out of the mouthpiece, fit the pod onto the Nera and draw on it to vape.

When the pod is empty, set up a Nera refill pack the same way and keep the device.

How to Charge the Lost Mary Nera 15K

The Nera 15K vape charges from a USB Type-C port. No cable or charger is included: a USB-C lead and a USB plug you already own will do.

Why Is My Lost Mary Nera 15K Not Working?

In our experience, a Nera 15K that will not work has a plug still in, a pod not seated or a flat battery. Go through these:

1. Take the silicone plug out of the mouthpiece.
2. Push the container base in until it clicks.
3. Push the pod fully onto the device.
4. If the screen shows no battery, charge it first.
5. If there is no e-liquid in the pod window, the pod is empty.
